He attributes his success to the fact that his company's corporate values revolve around a passion for the people they serve.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
He became involved in his profession because his mother, Virginia, was a recovering alcoholic. After coming home from rehab, she decided to start a halfway house because she realized that the time she spent in treatment did not provide her with enough to fully recover. She wanted to create safe environment for recovering alcoholics to get their lives back together.

Handling leadership training and mentoring for the team; Managing relationships with the various banks they work with for loans and properties; Forecasting; Performing high-level financial functions
Where Will You Be In 5 Years:
Looking forward, Mr. Arrigoni hopes to take his concept and expand it regionally, and eventually nationally. He and his company are very active with the state legislature to form policies in the state, and they would like to have influence on a federal level as well. Mr. Arrigoni feels like they do things excellently, and would like to take their concepts to Washington DC so that changes can be made in the system to benefit people who really need the services.
