Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She started working in inside sales in banking as a business relationship manager in 1995. The branch manager approached her and suggested that she would be be good in the training space and recommended him to get involved in that area. In the '90s, she earned certifications in training and also went back to school for a master's degree in curriculum development.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Taking responsibility for the high-potential program, a nine-month program that grooms emerging leaders at the directorial and executive directorial levels
